At Solareff we’ve been aware of the possible effect that COVID-19 could have on commerce since the events in China during January 2020 and we have been successfully working with our suppliers to mitigate the business impact. Due to our early preparations we are fully prepared to have all staff members working remotely, with minimal disruption to all administrative, financial, engineering, sales and planning processes.
During this time our team will continue to be contactable (via mobile and email) and our operations and maintenance team attend to with a focus on safety of persons and property whilst ensuring optimal performance of our PV Power systems. We stand united with our fellow South Africans to tackle the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, and look forward to resuming our physical engagements with you all as soon as the pandemic has been brought under control.
