We’re proud to announce that Improvon’s Rhenus Logistics development at Meadowview Logistics Hub has been named Industrial Development of the Year at the SAPOA 2025 Property Development Awards for Innovative Excellence.
Solareff is proud to have delivered the 622kWp Solareff solar PV system paired with an 800kWh BESS solution for this cutting-edge facility. The installation includes 1,100 solar PV modules and approximately 9km of DC solar cabling. This system will save over 547 tons of coal annually and prevent more than 1,000 tons of CO₂ emissions from entering the atmosphere.
