The Enlit Africa 2024 conference took place in the beautiful city of Cape Town from 21 – 23 May showcasing the future of energy—a future that is increasingly being shaped by renewable sources. The conference has been a platform for thought leaders like DeVilliers Botha, South African Photovoltaic Industry Association (SAPVIA) Governing Committee member and Chairperson, and Solareff COO, to share insights on self-generation and energy security. Marisa Bester of SolareffConnect also contributed her expertise to a panel that tackled the critical topic of bankability in renewable energy projects.
